Charging for fat burning: the author’s method of a famous trainer

Morning exercises will be a great help in the fight against excess weight. A properly selected set of exercises will help start the process of fat burning. In addition, morning workout for weight loss is great for charging you with good mood and energy for the whole day.

Alina Shpak, a trainer in breathing exercises and energy practices, winner of the title of “Trainer of the Year” in 2020 and 2021, in a new video showed us a set of exercises for fat burning “Shpak – charging method”.

It is most effective to do fat burning on an empty stomach. We do each exercise from the complex 10 times. It is better to have breakfast after such a charge in at least 30 minutes.

Before you start fat burning exercises, you need to set up the correct breathing: inhale with your nose and stomach for 2 counts, exhale for 6 counts. When you exhale, we pull the stomach as much as possible to the back. While doing this exercise, keep your shoulders down and your chest not moving.

Charging for fat burning

  1. Squeeze the knees, heels, push the buttocks forward as much as possible, squeeze them. We keep our hands in front of us, the elbows look to the sides. We press with our fingers on each other, as shown in the video, squeezing the buttocks in parallel and breathe.

  2. Get on all fours and stretch your leg to the side. We pull the foot over ourselves, and begin to lift the leg up. In this case, the body is held by 3 points of support: two arms and one leg. Remember to breathe: inhale for 2 counts, exhale for 6 counts. We do this exercise first on one leg, then on the other.

  3. We lie on our back, feet shoulder-width apart, hands in front of us. Then we raise the body, trying to tear the shoulder blades off the floor, while our hands look directly at the ceiling and we begin to breathe through the bills.

Remember that breathing exercises speed up metabolism, strengthen immunity, do such exercises every day and be strong and healthy!
