Baldness is a common cause of embarrassment. Most of us believe that beautiful hair adds beauty. No wonder, watching paintings and sculptures over the centuries, it is difficult to come to a conclusion other than that long hair is an attribute of femininity. Men who had an impact on the fate of the world could boast of a careful, albeit short, hairstyle.

Excessive hair loss takes various forms and intensity. There are, among others: androgenic alopecia, areata, as a result of fluctuations in hormones or related to the seasons. There are simple daily treatments that everyone should follow to strengthen their hair.

Homemade recipe

Home recipes for beauty purposes are becoming more and more popular. To strengthen the hair bulb, it is worth preparing a solution for rubbing into the scalp:

  • 500 ml of pure spirit 90%,

  • 50 g boxwood leaves,

  • 50 g nasturtium leaves,

  • 50 g of nettle leaves.

Pour alcohol over crushed or chopped herbs, and then subject to maceration, i.e. softening, for 14 days. Pour the liquid through a sieve or gauze into the bottle. Use daily.

Castor oil

The oil obtained from castor bean is willingly used in cosmetics and medicine, not only against constipation, but is, among others, an important component of ointments, pastes and lipsticks. Its use on nails, eyebrows and eyelashes brings great results. For the therapy of falling out, damaged hair, you can use the following recipe:

  • 1 tablespoon of castor oil,

  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil,

  • 1 yolk.

Mix the ingredients carefully, heat gently – be careful not to cut the yolk. Apply to hair and leave under a cap and a towel for at least an hour, preferably overnight. Add a little apple cider vinegar or lemon juice to the water you use to rinse your hair.

Do not forget about a healthy lifestyle

Include poultry, meat, eggs, fish and seafood in your daily diet because they are rich in iron, zinc and copper. Combine them with brown rice, coarse groats due to the valuable vitamin B1 in excessive hair loss. Wheat bread and pasta are also an excellent source of it.

If you are a city dweller and you suspect that air pollution has a bad effect on the condition of your hair, take advantage of every opportunity to relax outside the city – visit your family, go on a picnic. This will oxygenate the hair bulbs.

Gentle treatment

Be gentle with your hair, comb it without haste or tugging. Avoid blow dryers and varnishes. Choose shampoos and conditioners with silica and biotin. Before rinsing, rub the shampoo into the hair and scalp for a few minutes. Time will allow the substances to penetrate from the bulb to the stem. Ampoules used 2-3 times a week, which strengthen and nourish the bulbs, may prove invaluable. Sometimes it is worth cutting damaged ends, because as they say – it is not the length that counts, but the quality.
