Chambord Gin Fizz cocktail recipe

Ingredients

1. Gin – 30 ml

2. Chambord – 15 ml

3. Lemon juice – 15 ml

4. Sugar syrup – 1/2 tsp

5. Egg white – 1 pc.

6. Soda – 60 ml

How to make a cocktail

1. Shake all ingredients except soda in a shaker with ice.

2. Pour the contents of the shaker through a strainer into a collins or highball with ice.

3. Top up with soda and stir with a bar spoon.

4. Garnish with a slice of lemon.
