Method of preparation

Peel the boiled celery roots and raw potatoes, cut into slices and salt. Fry the finely chopped onion. Place celery and potatoes in a skillet and continue frying. Season the beaten eggs with salt, dilute with milk, pour the mixture over the contents of a frying pan and keep on fire until the eggs thicken.
