Due to their rich composition, pine nuts have found application since ancient times both in cosmetology (essential pine nut oil is very useful for hair and skin of the face) and in folk medicine. They contain a huge amount of polyunsaturated fatty acids, proteins, sugar and vitamins B, E, P. In addition, they contain such minerals as iodine, phosphorus, potassium, calcium, iron and others.

Recipes for making cedar liqueur

Tinctures of pine nuts with alcohol and vodka are being prepared. And the addition of honey significantly increases the healing qualities of the composition.

To prepare cedarwood tincture, which helps with many lung ailments, including bronchitis and pneumonia, you will need:

  • 100 grams of pine nuts
  • 0,5 liters of alcohol
  • 200 milliliters of vodka

Carefully wipe the nuts from dust with a towel, put them in a liter jar and fill with alcohol and vodka. Wrap the dishes in a blanket and place in a dark place for three weeks. Take the product once a day for a tablespoon.

To make a tincture of pine nuts, effective in the deposition of salts, as well as in problems with the gastrointestinal tract, low immunity, poor eyesight and hearing, pour 30 grams of nucleoli with 500 milliliters of vodka and leave for 40 days. Drink the tincture, starting with 5 drops, increasing the amount by 5 more daily. When you reach 25 drops, start consuming 5 grams of the tincture, increasing the dose by another 5 grams daily. The course of treatment is 30 days.

This agent also has antitumor properties.

The recipe for cedar tincture, which is almost a universal medicine: break a kilogram of nuts with a hammer, put it in a jar and fill it with boiled water so that it covers a layer of nuts. After 3-4 days, add a liter of alcohol to the jar and leave for 30 days. Then add a kilogram of honey to the infusion and mix. Take the product once a day for a tablespoon.

This tincture helps with vitamin deficiency, low immunity, muscle cramps, anemia, nervous disorders, as well as lung diseases and problems with potency.

Homemade cedar tincture is also good for treating nervous system disorders. To prepare this product, pour a tablespoon of chopped nuts with 300 milliliters of boiled water and leave to infuse for 45 minutes. After that, strain the infusion and take 50 milliliters five times a day.

The use of cedar tinctures is contraindicated for people prone to alcoholism, as well as for pregnant women and young children.
