The fact about the dangers of GMO products has long been known, and ways have been found not to use poison in food.
Everything that we eat should be beneficial, not harmful, so the priority in choosing vegetables should be given to natural vegetables, and not to those that were obtained through genetic engineering.
Unfortunately, not all consumers know how to distinguish a natural product from GMOs, due to the poor awareness of each of us.
Crooked vegetable producers take advantage of the credulity and low awareness of consumers, who, with the help of various manipulations, supply GMO products to the food markets, serving them in bright and colorful colors.
The leadership of a fairly large number of countries have decided to minimize the supply of GMO products to their markets and have introduced labeling, which eloquently indicates that the consumer is facing an unnatural product.
Many people ask the question – if the products grown with the help of genetic engineering are so harmful, then why was it necessary to finance their creation? The fact is that such products were specially created for the starving population of the poorest countries, but after some time they also decided to abandon such dubious food.
What should I pay attention to when choosing natural vegetables? The first thing to do is to accept the fact that about 80% of all food on the market contains GMOs in one way or another. A common misconception is to rely on the honesty of manufacturers and believe everything they write.
There are a number of simple rules, following which, you will always have only natural products in your refrigerator.
1. Focus on the external features of a particular product, because it will not be very difficult to distinguish a natural product from a non-natural product, since non-natural products remain fresh for a long time, do not attract various insects and do not have an uneven surface. If you caught the eye of shiny bright tomatoes – pass by, this indicates that you have a genetically engineered product in front of you, natural vegetables have a slightly spoiled appearance. And if you cut a GMO product, it will not lose its shape and will not begin to secrete its own juice.
2. Marking and packaging. GMO products are often labeled with a four-digit code, while natural products, as before, with five. On natural products, the 5-digit code always begins with the number 9, while products grown by genetic engineering are marked with the number 8.
A number of countries such as France, Greece, Austria, Germany, Hungary and Luxembourg have banned the import of organically impure products.
Few people know that they have not yet learned how to grow such a product as buckwheat using genetic engineering. And you can buy it safely, without even reading the label.
We recommend spreading this information to as many people as possible, buy only natural, not allowing genetic engineering to interfere with your gene pool and change its structure.
