Causes of male weakness

Insufficient erection or its complete absence is a burning problem not only for men, but also for women. Indeed, often male weakness is the cause of family troubles, and sometimes even leads to the disintegration of the family.

The second reason is high blood glucose levels. Simple sugars (sweets, baked goods, cakes, cakes, candy, soda) dramatically increase blood insulin levels. And insulin is a hormone that affects the growth of adipose tissue and leads to the fact that the fat mass becomes more, and muscle, on the contrary, less. As a result, a person develops hypogonadism (a disease in which the production of male sex hormones is reduced). It is imperative to monitor your blood sugar levels! Sugar rate per day: for men – 9 teaspoons, for women – 6 teaspoons.

The third reason is stress. Chronic stress often causes erectile dysfunction. And there are plenty of reasons for stress: we live in big and noisy cities, we have a nervous job, etc. According to statistics, in Russia 80% of the population is under stress every day. Stress is a person’s reaction to some negative event. Ancient man, who developed a stable stress system, had the only response to stress – to run away or to fight. A modern person does not have such an opportunity: he comes home, sits on the sofa, turns on the TV – and suffers. And you have to either run or fight. Way out: sign up for a fight, buy a subscription to a fitness center, run in the evenings, etc.

The fourth reason is medication. The modern man takes so many drugs that he often has the effect of unpredictable situations and combinations that even clinical pharmacologists cannot predict. Moreover, a decrease in erection as a side effect in some drugs is prescribed quite officially. These are tranquilizers, antidepressants, drugs for lowering blood pressure, which after 40 years are used by almost every second man, etc.

The fifth reason is chronic lack of sleep. Modern man sleeps less and less – only 5-6 hours. Meanwhile, for normal functioning he needs 8-9 hours of full sleep. The only thing that can save in this situation is the correct regime.

Of course, it is impossible to foresee everything, but a number of known factors affecting problems with erection can be excluded – and for many years to receive joy from a full life in all respects.
