The development of fibroids on the arm occurs gradually. At first, it is an inconspicuous nodule, then it is a compaction of small sizes, and only after a rather long period of time does a bump appear. Usually, the growth begins in the area of an insect bite or microtrauma, skin itching on the hands can also be attributed to indirect causes of fibroma development. As a result of constant scratching, areas of the subcutaneous tissue are damaged and collagen fibers grow, which are the building material for the neoplasm.

Another important risk factor is exposure to chemical irritants that cause irritation and provoke the development of fibromas.

Prevention of the appearance of neoplasms on the hands is very simple, and will not cause difficulties even for very busy people.
