How to choose?

We are looking for a quality head of cabbage. It should be strong and heavy, always with green and unfading leaves. Freshness can be determined by the leaves. Dark spots on the inflorescences indicate that the cabbage is starting to deteriorate. These spots with spots must be carefully cut out. But why? Better to buy the right cabbage.

How to store?

You can store up to 10 days in the refrigerator (compartment for vegetables), preferably in a paper bag and without leaves. Each head of cabbage has a separate “house” (package)!

Or you can freeze it. For this, the inflorescences must be completely dry. Shelf life in a freezer up to 1 year. Important: after defrosting, do not freeze it again.
