Casting for the regional stage of the Beauty of Russia competition 2016 in Yekaterinburg: participants, photos, details

– Yes, yes, I am the namesake of Dima Bilan! I study foreign languages, I want to develop in this direction. Now I have moved to the 11th grade of gymnasium No. 2, in a year I plan to enter International Relations, I am also interested in journalism, advertising and public relations.

But a beauty contest is a new experience, and I’m interested in taking everything from life. I have a little experience working as a model, my gait is set – I went to the show with the Ural designer Nina Ruchkina.

I was preparing for the casting: I wrote the possible questions of the jury and came up with answers to them. And she chose her favorite dress.

– During the interview with the jury, they only asked me how tall I was. And when they heard that it was 181 cm, they did not ask any more questions – I immediately went to the next round. I think I will overcome him too, although I have no experience of working as a model. I even got up on heels for the first time! At home, I practiced walking on them a little, but in everyday life I prefer ballet flats – it allows me to grow! I bought an ordinary black classic dress for the casting.

I study at school, after which I plan to enter either the medical academy or the chemistry department at Ural Federal University. But I want to try myself in the field of beauty! The Beauty of Russia is the first step. Usually they take to beauty contests from the age of 18, and here – from 16, so I decided to try it.

– I am a 3rd year student of the College of Art and Culture, my future profession is a circus artist and head of a circus collective. Since childhood, she was engaged in rhythmic gymnastics, and decided to realize her abilities in such an unusual way! I will either become a circus performer or teach kids.

I never thought about the modeling business – after all, my height is 158 cm, there was no chance! But it would be very interesting for me to try myself in this area. Therefore, when I found out about the soft requirements for growth in the “Beauty of Russia” – I made up my mind!

I wear braces, I think that they do not spoil my appearance, but for future health and beauty it is important. But I’ll take them off soon – in a couple of months. I chose a dress for the casting because I feel comfortable in it. What I am in life – this is how I came, I see no reason to build a Barbie out of myself!

– I work as an administrator in a business center, and on freelance I sell tourist tours. I was not a model, and this area is not at all similar to what I do. That’s why I’m interested – I want to test my potential. My friends who participated in Miss Yekaterinburg – Nina Savalyeva, Yekaterina Sorokina – said that such contests provide tremendous experience – professionals are involved in you.

For the casting, she created a restrained and natural look – a black dress, heels.

– I work as a make-up artist, you can say that work is my hobby. Photographers often invited me to take pictures. However, my dream has always been to participate in a beauty contest, I hope that it will come true.

I go in for sports, but not professionally – bike, skates, roller skates – all active sports!

I didn’t prepare for the casting: I just wanted to sleep, but yesterday was my friend’s birthday, so it didn’t work either! I chose the dress that I wore 8 years ago to my prom – I think it’s happy.

– I found out about the competition the day before the casting, my friends suggested. I borrowed a dress from a friend. I have cocktail dresses, but a friend wanted to help, I was pleased.

I graduated from the 11th grade, I am entering the Mining Institute for “Management”. But I’m not afraid of hiking in the mountains for minerals!

– I work as a florist. The topic of beauty contests was closed for me due to my height – 162 cm. I stumbled upon the casting announcement by chance and decided: since there is such an opportunity, it should not be missed. Better to try and regret than regret not trying. For me, this is a new experience, opportunity, acquaintance.

Since I am a florist, my performance at the creative competition will be related to my profession. No songs, dances – this is what I want to stand out. And I’m not afraid of the scene!

– As a child, like many girls, she dreamed of becoming a model. But I have a stage fright, I only recently started dancing, and before that I sat at home, painted for a long time or went to an artist. Now I am studying at the University of Architecture and Art in the 2nd year.

I came to the competition to overcome my fears and embarrassment. I think in the future the skills I can get here will come in handy. But I’m not sure if I will pass – there are so many bright talented girls at the casting, and you cannot demonstrate my drawing skills here …
