The whole world is now busy with one common cause: they are trying to help Australia, where terrible fires are destroying all life in their path. The mainland, even from space, looks red-hot: the fire is raging almost throughout its entire territory. Stars and charitable foundations raise and donate millions of dollars to help Australia’s forests and animals. To save those who are still possible, they stop at nothing. For example, food for animals left without food and fled from their habitats is dumped from planes and helicopters in tons.

The NSW National Parks and Wildlife Service is struggling to feed the marsupials, which have been hit hardest by wildfires. It is for them that carrots, sweet potatoes, and other fresh vegetables are poured from the sky. At the same time, medicines for animals are delivered by air to remote areas of Australia. Particularly worried about wallabies, these little kangaroo relatives are very vulnerable to the elements. In a few days, we managed to deliver more than 2 tons of vegetables for them.

“I grew up on Kangaroo Island, and now most of it has turned to ash. It is very painful to see such destruction and to be powerless to change anything, – said BoredPanda Steve, one of the locals. He, like most Australians, is busy rescuing animals from the elements. – Each of us is trying to help. Some rescue animals, others gather and prepare food for the firefighters. ”

By the way, two of Steve’s cousins, teenage boys, traveled all over Kangaroo Island, collecting surviving koalas. The guys loaded the animals into a car, and then took them to the mainland, where veterinarians could take care of them.
