Carp is a very tender and tasty river fish. Carp meat contains phosphorus, iron, magnesium, potassium and sodium. This fish is an excellent dietary product. Carp is suitable for all types of heat treatment, but it tastes best when baked in the oven.
Recipe for carp baked with potatoes and mushrooms
To cook carp with potatoes and mushrooms in the oven, you will need:
– 500-600 grams of carp fillet; – 300 grams of potatoes; – 1 egg; – 1 medium onion; – 200 grams of fresh mushrooms; – sour cream; – hard cheese; – flour; – vegetable oil; – ground black pepper; – salt.
Rinse the carp fillet, dry and cut into medium-sized pieces. Season with salt, pepper, bread in flour and fry in a pan in vegetable oil.
Wash the potatoes, peel, cut into slices and fry in vegetable oil. Wash the mushrooms, peel and boil in salted water. Chop the peeled onions and fry.
Grease a small skillet with oil, place the fried fish in the middle, and place the fried potatoes in circles around it. Top with slices of hard-boiled eggs, fried onions, and slices of boiled mushrooms.
Pour sour cream over everything, sprinkle with grated cheese and bake carp with mushrooms and potatoes in a preheated oven until a delicious golden crust is formed. Fish should be cooked at a temperature of 200 ° C.
Recipe for carp stuffed with buckwheat porridge
To prepare a carp stuffed with buckwheat porridge, you will need:
– 1 large carp (1,5 kilograms); – 200 grams of buckwheat; – 2 eggs; – 1 glass of sour cream; – 1 head of onion; – 1 tablespoon flour; – vegetable oil; – salt; – pepper.
Peel the whole fish, cut off the head near the fins, and remove the entrails without cutting the abdomen. Then rinse the carp thoroughly, dry the outside and inside of the belly with a paper towel and stuff with buckwheat porridge mixed with fried onions and hard-boiled minced eggs.
The time for baking carp in the oven depends on the temperature and size of the fish. It is necessary to cook carp in a well-heated oven. If the cabinet is not heated enough, the fish will not bake well, dry out and become tasteless.
Sprinkle with pepper on top of the carp, roll in flour and fry in a pan with vegetable oil. After that, put in an oven preheated to 200 ° C. After 5-6 minutes, remove from the oven, pour over sour cream and put in the oven again for another 10 minutes, pouring over the resulting sauce.
Carp stuffed with buckwheat porridge is served on the table in the same dish in which the fish was baked. Or transfer it along with the resulting sauce to a preheated dish. Serve the cucumbers, vegetable salad and fruit or pickled apples separately.
