1. Prepare the dough with the given ingredients. Do not be discouraged when kneading 😉

1. Break a sheet of spinach into smaller pieces and put it in the pan.

2. Add chopped onion and garlic. Simmer until the spinach is thawed and the excess water evaporates.

3. Season the stuffing with salt and pepper while stirring. Add the mozzarella cheese and mix everything together.

4. Pour the wheat flour into a bowl and add the egg. Knead to a homogeneous mass. Use water for a better consistency.

5. Divide the dough into 2-3 parts and roll each into a thin cake, sprinkling the rolling board and dough with flour.

6. Use a cup or a larger glass to cut circles out of the rolled dough. These are filled with stuffing using a teaspoon, sticking the edges together so that the stuffing does not spill out.

7. Boil salted water in a pot. Put the dumplings in the boiling water and cook for about 5 minutes from rising to the surface.
