Can we have sex during pregnancy?

Is the desire of the mother-to-be the same as before?

Laure Mourichon: Sexual desire varies from one woman to another. If the couple had regular and frequent intercourse before, chances are it will continue. If the sexual desire was above all a desire for a child, the desire will tend to disappear. Pregnancy is a hormonal, bodily and psychic upheaval. During the first trimester, the woman is tired, often anxious because she is afraid of having a miscarriage. In the second trimester, she lives in a certain fullness, with a very curvaceous femininity. His senses are more developed, and this can promote more frequent intercourse. Others will, on the contrary, refuse this rounded body, and therefore sexuality. During the third trimester, fatigue returns, the belly is prominent, it is more time for sensuality, caresses, without there necessarily being penetration.

Can Pregnancy Bully the Spouse?

LM: Some men find their wives very beautiful, even more exciting, more feminine, but others will be very impressed with her body modification, which can decrease their desire. Some will wonder if the baby can feel anything or if they might hurt him. Others, finally, are afraid to make love with three, as if it were about an incest, since the baby is there.
