Can fertilization occur during petting? Is there a risk of getting pregnant? What is petting? The question is answered by the drug. Paweł Żmuda-Trzebiatowski.
Is there a risk of getting pregnant while petting?
Good day. My name is Weronika and I am 16 years old. I am in a relationship with a boy who is 17 years old. Overall, I’m still a virgin, I haven’t had sex with any boy before. Kamil (my boyfriend) also had no girlfriend before which he had sex with. However, a few days ago there was a rapprochement between us, that is, petting. I was touching his penis with my hand, he was touching me all over his body, mainly his breasts and clitoris. In this way, he brought me to (I think) orgasm. I was wonderful. I caress his dick and made him ejaculate.
This is where the problem is that worries me a lot. Well, Kamil fell on my stomach and the pubic mound. I will add that he did not enter me. I’m afraid that the sperm might somehow get into my vagina and that I might get pregnant because of it. Can you get pregnant by doing this form of petting? I would like to continue petting with my boyfriend, but we are afraid that we may become parents at such a young age. We would like to wait a while longer with real intercourse. Please let me know if I can be pregnant and give advice on what to do next.
The doctor explains whether it is possible to become pregnant while petting
Ladies and Gentlemen, it is not possible to get pregnant during petting, especially if you ejaculated in the area of the lower abdomen. I will not write about human physiology and anatomy because you had it at school, but I would like to remind you that in order for conception to take place, penetration must take place.
Sperm deposited in the vagina have the conditions to penetrate the uterine cavity and then the fallopian tubes, where fertilization occurs most often (mainly in the fallopian tube). If sperm is deposited outside the vagina, it is not possible for them to pass into the uterine cavity.
If you still do not know the structure of the reproductive system or its physiology, I think that talking to your parents or teacher will help you a lot.
You wrote that you were afraid of getting pregnant. As I mentioned in the case of petting it is not possible, but if you decide to have sexual intercourse with your partner, please remember to methods of contraception. Of course, there are many of them, condoms and oral hormones being the most used. Personally, I believe that when deciding to have sexual contact, one should be mature enough to be aware that fertilization may occur despite the use of contraception. No method currently available offers 100% protection against conception.
In the event of suspicion of pregnancy, I suggest that you give up the test based on the measurement of the hormone concentration in the urine, only perform the beta-hCG blood test immediately. This is a much more sensitive test that will confirm a developing pregnancy faster than a streaming test.
It should be borne in mind that an increase in the concentration of the beta-hCG hormone is not only indicative of pregnancy, but may also signal a developing neoplasm in the reproductive system. Therefore, always go to the gynecologist after receiving the test result.
