- Watering during flowering once a week, in winter once a month is enough;
- During the period of active growth, feed with mineral fertilizers;
- In dry weather, spray;
- Remove dried leaves and buds in time.
Campanula propagates by cuttings or seeds. After the plant has bloomed, young shoots will appear, which must be cut off, pinned on the top and put into water. When the roots appear, they can be planted in prepared small pots. Seeds are collected from flowers in autumn, planted in the ground, lightly sprinkled and covered with foil. When shoots appear, you should choose stronger ones, make a dive and plant them in a container.
With improper care of the campanula flower, small problems can arise, and so that the plant does not die, they must be quickly corrected.
- The leaves are twisted – watering is needed;
- Leaves turned yellow – excess moisture, stop watering for a while;
- Leaves and stems rot – the flower has undergone a disease, it should be treated with disinfecting drugs.
The plant does not like permutations, this has a bad effect on its appearance, so it is better not to carry out such manipulations. The flower reaches for the light, with a lack of it, the plant begins to stretch, and so that it does not turn out to be lopsided, from time to time it is necessary to turn the pot clockwise.
In order for the plant to look beautiful and not lose its decorative effect, in the fall it is necessary to prune, shorten all the stems by a third, this will help to form the correct crown shape and rejuvenate the flower
