Now both mom and daughter are doing well. They celebrate Christmas together. But a month ago, during the birth of Mazina, Frost and her little Sefina almost died.

43-year-old Adam and Mazina met when they were students. They tried to conceive for a long time, but nothing worked: the doctors said that Mazina’s reproductive system was not sufficiently developed. The uterus was too small, and there were problems with the fallopian tubes. But IVF works wonders: Mazina managed to bear her daughter, Amelia, for five years already. The couple decided to try again. Adam and Mazina dreamed that they would have at least two children. The woman became pregnant a second time. But in the seventh month of pregnancy, everything went wrong: Mazina had a ruptured uterus. Doctors performed an emergency caesarean, but … Little Theo lived only nine months. The brain damage due to hypoxia killed the child. The baby was taken out too late, after the break, Theo was left without air for a long time.

Doctors honestly warned the woman: her subsequent pregnancies are likely to end in the same way. But Mazina and Adam decided to try it. The third pregnancy has come. At the 31st week, Mazina realized that something was wrong with her. The frightened woman rushed to the hospital: she had not forgotten the previous terrible experience. Mazina was very fortunate enough to be seen by Professor Shannan, an expert in high-risk pregnancies. Mazina was sent straight from the door to the operating room.

It turned out that the woman again had a ruptured uterus. The baby was simply thrown into the abdominal cavity, and the baby lay somewhere between the uterus and the stomach, practically devoid of oxygen and nutrients.

“It was so fast. I walk in, the doctor looks at me, immediately gives an injection, and I am already rushing somewhere on a gurney, ”Mazina said later.

It was impossible to hesitate. The woman could bleed to death, and the baby, her little girl, suffocated right in the womb.

“The count went on for seconds. It was necessary to urgently get the child, – says the professor. – We did general anesthesia and immediately began the operation. It took 30 seconds from the moment I made the first cut until the baby was born. This is the fastest cesarean I have ever done. If Mazina hadn’t rushed to the hospital right away, we would have lost both of them. ”

This is how baby Sefina was born. A month later, the mother and daughter were already at home, celebrating Christmas all together, four of us. The family is sure that what happened is a real miracle, and their baby Sefina is the best gift they could only dream of.
