  • white cabbage – 1 kg;
  • beets – 200 g;
  • carrots – 150 g;
  • garlic – 4 tooth.

Marinade:

  • water – 0,5 l;
  • vinegar (9%) – 75 ml;
  • sugar – 1/3 cup;
  • salt – 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • black pepper – 5 peas;
  • bay leaf – 2 pcs .;
  • vegetable oil.

We did not indicate the amount of vegetable oil because only those who will make preparations for the winter in jars will need it. It must be poured in 2 tbsp. spoons for each container.

Preparation

Remove the upper leaves from the cabbage, cut into large pieces. Peel the beets and carrots, wash, cut into cubes or plates about 0,5 cm thick.

Put chopped garlic cloves on the bottom of the containers, well-mixed vegetables on top. Tamp them, fill with marinade.

Take:

  • cauliflower – 800 g;
  • beets – 300 g.

Marinade:

  • water – 1 l;
  • vinegar (9%) – 2 tbsp. spoons;
  • sugar – 1 tbsp. the spoon;
  • salt – 1 tbsp. a spoon;
  • bay leaf – 1;
  • black and allspice – 5 peas each;
  • ground coriander – a pinch.
Comment! If you don’t like the smell of coriander, pickle the salad without it. You can put fewer peppers, then the taste and aroma will be softer.

Wash and separate the cabbage into florets. If desired, cut the white thick stems, but you can not do this, they are also tasty, healthy, and are even used in diet food.

Pour the inflorescences with boiling water for 1 minute so that the liquid completely covers them. Then drain the water, cool the cabbage by dipping it in very cold water. To do this, you can add ice.

Important! If you cook a lot of cabbage, scald and refrigerate it in small portions.

Peel the beets, cut into strips.
