Butterbeer: Harry Potter Recipe + Classic Recipe

The original low-alcohol drink made from ice cream, milk and spices, called “Butterbeer”, became famous as a favorite “Harry Potter cocktail”. In fact, the butterbeer recipe was invented long before the “Rowling” stories about the boy from the magical school.

Presumably, the recipe originates from the time of the English Tudor dynasty – around the XNUMXth century. However, it was the Three Broomsticks Pub and its celebrity visitor, Harry, that brought real glory to butterbeer.
