Many nutritionists claim that consuming butter can be beneficial as well as harm the body. This is not only due to its high calorie content, which can contribute to weight gain. It’s all about cholesterol, which is able to be deposited on the walls of blood vessels, forming plaques. Doctors recommend vegetable and seafood fats as an alternative to butter. However, it is worth remembering that the use of almost any product in excessive quantities can harm the body, just a measure is needed in everything. The vitamins listed above are not able to be absorbed by the human body in the absence of fats. The development of atherosclerosis and other diseases associated with high cholesterol levels is possible only with excessive consumption of butter. Each person should monitor the amount of food consumed. But if the female body does not have enough fat, then this can lead to a violation of the menstrual cycle and deterioration of the skin condition.

American scientists have done interesting research. They tested butter on laboratory animals. Being on a creamy diet, the animals got noticeably fat and became very lazy. However, analyzes showed that the amount of cholesterol in their body remained within the normal range. Doctors conducted the experiment again in order to verify the accuracy of the results. The cholesterol readings were correct. This paradox prompted scientists to think that high cholesterol in butter does not mean that it will enter your bloodstream and clog your blood vessels. It all depends on the characteristics of a particular organism. Another confirmation of the conclusions of American scientists can be considered statistical data obtained on the territory of India. In the north of this country, they love to use butter for food, mainly in ghee, and the inhabitants of the south of India mainly consume vegetable fats. Of course, paradoxically, the number of deaths due to heart attacks in the north of India is almost fifteen times less than in the south. Some scientists believe that this is due to the consumption of different types of fats.
