Sociologists came to such conclusions after interviewing almost 3 thousand teachers from all over Russia.
Adolescence is considered the most difficult period in a person’s life. Views on life, relationships with others are changing. At this time, some children wake up aggression, which they direct at each other, and even at adults. In recent years, psychologists are increasingly using the concept of “bowling” – in Russian it means bullying. But if earlier we talked about bullying, meaning the relationship of children, now those who are considered to be leaders and mentors of adolescents have begun to be subjected to it. It’s about teachers.
“Several years ago I had serious financial problems,” one of the teachers of the city of Omsk told healthy-food-near-me.com, whose name we do not publish at the teacher’s request. – I received only 10 thousand, which was enough only for food. They became interested in the issue of teacher bullying and conducted a survey in which 2800 teachers from all regions of Russia agreed to take part. They were asked to answer the question how often during their work they have to deal with bowling. And that’s what they answered.
It turns out that more than half of teachers have been bullied at least once in their lives. Moreover, most often those people whose income is lower suffer from children’s ridicule, rudeness and ignorance. It turned out that schoolchildren can show their negative attitude in different ways, for example, invent mocking nicknames, defiantly spoil classroom discipline, or even write threatening letters to the teacher.
