Preparation:

3. Close the pan tightly with a lid and do not open for 15-17 minutes.

4. Cut the onion into strips and fry.

5. Chop the boiled eggs and parsley.

6. Add the fried onion, eggs and herbs to the finished buckwheat. Mix well.
