The baby needs to cook buckwheat porridge without salt. For the first feeding, it should turn out to be liquid. The consistency can be increased as the child gets used to the new food. For babies, you can use special baby milk, but provided that the child does not have allergies.

Put the buckwheat flour in a saucepan, cover with water and cook over low heat for 10-15 minutes, stirring constantly.
