Rinse the buckwheat and fill it with a glass of boiling water, cover and wrap it up with a towel. After an hour, add to the porridge how much chopped celery, parsley and dill you need. Pour lemon juice, olive oil and soy sauce over a dish, stir and serve with a vegetable salad.
