Bolle (Bolle) is a low-alcohol sparkling wine that appeared on store shelves in 2013. The brand belongs to the company “Bosca-Rus”, created with the participation of the Italian wine company Bosca. The product belongs to the category of carbonated wine drinks, but at the same time it has a good taste at a very affordable price.
Historical information
Joint stock company “Bosca-Rus” was organized by the efforts of the Italian company Bosca and the Russian group of companies “Neral”. The cooperation agreement was signed in 2009, at the same time work began on the construction of an industrial complex for the production of sparkling wines in the city of Ufa. The Russian side covered the costs of building the plant, the Italians took over the supply of equipment and management of technological processes. Production at the new plant started in 2010. Even before the launch of production lines, the company signed a contract with Rosspirtprom for the supply of 10 million bottles of sparkling wines.
The quality of products is controlled by oenologists from Bosca, one of the oldest wineries in Piedmont. The company was founded in 1831. The company is located in the city of Canelli, province of Asti. The plant produces champagne according to the classical technology and a whole line of wine cocktails with fruit and berry flavors. The company supplies raw materials for joint ventures in Lithuania and Bashkiria.
Production features
The Bolle recipe was developed by Italian experts. The technology for making a wine cocktail is different from the champagne production process. Wine materials are diluted with prepared water, and then the drink is saturated with carbon dioxide.
Due to the high quality of raw materials, Bolle is in no way inferior to similar products from European manufacturers. Bashkir wines are in high demand at home, but in other regions it is not easy to find Bosca-Rus champagne.
