Bubble tea – the new trendy bubble tea

These are bursting balls of seaweed stuffed with natural juice of strawberry, mango, orange, passion fruit, yogurt and many other options. Also honey, condensed milk and pieces of fruit are added to tea.

Tea can be consumed both hot and cold.

Bubble Tea Recipe

You will need tapioca balls – 2 tablespoons. and tea. Tapioca balls can be purchased online.

These balls need to be welded. Readiness is determined by the state of the hard jelly, which they will soon acquire, and the dark color. By the way, when cooking tapioca, you can add food coloring, then the balls will turn into a cheerful color. 

Prepare tea separately – any: green, black, fruit. Then chill the balls in ice water and add to the glass of tea. Instead of tea, you can use an alcoholic cocktail or natural juice – fantasize!
