Broccoli in breadcrumbs with green sauce

Broccoli breaded with crushed crackers is also very tasty; it can be fried in vegetable or butter. Juicy inflorescences covered with a crispy crust are served as a separate dish or served as a side dish with grilled meat and sausages.

You will need: – 600 g of broccoli; – 50 g bread crumbs; – butter; – salt.

For the sauce; – 100 g soft cottage cheese; – 100 g sour cream; – freshly ground black pepper; – salt; – spicy herbs (parsley, dill, celery, green onions).

Disassemble the cabbage into inflorescences, rinse in running water. Boil water in a saucepan, add salt and broccoli. Boil it for about 6-7 minutes, then remove it with a slotted spoon and immerse it in cold water for 1-2 minutes.

Heat the butter in a skillet. Pour the breadcrumbs into a plate. Roll broccoli inflorescences in them one by one and place in hot oil. Turning over with a spatula, fry the cabbage on all sides until a beautiful golden crust.

Bread broccoli can be served with green sauce. In a blender, mix soft cottage cheese and sour cream, add salt and ground pepper. Chop green onions, parsley, dill and celery and place in the curd and sour cream mixture. Stir the sauce well and pour into wide bowls. Serve a bowl of sauce and toasted bread with each serving.
