Brilliant mission

A balanced diet for beautiful skin

To boost its radiance, I need: 1,5 liters of water per day; plenty of antioxidants to fight against sagging skin and cellular aging; full of omega 3 and 6, allies youthfulness of the skin, and fibers ensuring a good intestinal transit and unifying the complexion.

Where to find them? In a diet rich in fruits, vegetables, meat and fish, but not just any. On my list, I keep mango, red berries, prune, kiwi, orange, grapefruit, beetroot and tomato. And I take color by targeting red or orange fruits and vegetables, rich in beta-carotene (dried apricot, melon, peach, carrot, tomato). Also to be discovered, acerola, a small cherry thirty times more concentrated in vitamin C than an orange, with a strong antioxidant power that fights against fatigue and stress. Side vegetables, avocado, garlic, broccoli, spinach, fennel, peas and red pepper. Ideally, they are eaten raw or cooked just long enough so as not to alter the vitamins. A preference for juices? Homemade is ideal. Otherwise, I choose “pure juice” or “from concentrate” but “no added sugar”; I ban nectars and mixtures of milk and juice. Without forgetting the whole grains and the pulses composed of fibers; fatty fish or seafood providing selenium; red meat and offal for zinc and a handful of almonds or hazelnuts rich in vitamin E.

Face: highlight its strengths

Leaving an impression of sharpness is important. So I comb my eyebrows and fill in the holes with a pencil of the same shade. Essential, the touch of black, brown or transparent mascara. Eye shadow? I bet on neutral and light tones in the center of the eyelid: apricot, pale pink, beige, taupe… The trick? A touch of ivory or white make-up at the corner of the eye, it enlarges the eyes. I finish with the mouth: on the lips hydrated with a rich balm, I apply a natural tone-on-tone red. If I can’t stand the lipstick, I powder it with a little blush before layering on a moisturizing balm. Guaranteed effect! What do we feel good …

Flash actions for a face at the top!

To boost the dermis from the inside, we do not hesitate to do a small cure of one to three months. We choose a food supplement that combines plant extracts, vitamins, trace elements and fatty acids, in synergy, while taking care of his diet. There is also the “detox” option for a weekend or a few days.. An intensive program to purify and rid the body of toxins, just to revive a grayish complexion. Finally, nothing beats sport to oxygenate and cleanse cells.

Beautiful naturally

It all starts with good daily habits without which no treatment can be effective. A ritual both when waking up and at bedtime: make-up removal + lotion + hydration, massaging with your fingertips to activate microcirculation. I choose a radiance lotion and a regenerating, antioxidant cream, rich in vitamin C and E. On top, products with fruit acids (AHA), perfect for a new skin, but to be used in moderation because it can irritate the skin. Once a week, I take two minutes for a gentle, grain-free scrub, to remove dead skin without damaging the skin. Any busy mom should be able to do it!

The perfect complexion

The trend is nude, natural. Softness and transparency to illuminate the face, highlight the eyes, mouth and cheekbones. Basically, a flawless complexion. No foundation that weighs down the features, but a fluid and light tinted cream as close as possible to my complexion, never darker. I apply with my finger then I dab with a sponge, it avoids traces. Using a cream concealer, a shade lighter than my skin, I camouflage small blemishes and dark circles and I illuminate the shadow areas (wings of the nose, chin, inner corner of the eye in rising on the eyelid) by tapping with your fingertip. With a brushstroke, I fix everything with an essential layer of natural powder, transparent or lightly colored. A tiny touch of blush enhances the cheekbones and gives a healthy glow. I opt for the rosé, a guarantee of babydoll or “sea air” freshness.
