Breeding hands with dumbbells in hand standing — technique exercises:

  1. Take the dumbbells. Stand straight with feet shoulder width apart. The hands should hang freely along the body. The elbows are close to the torso. The palms are directed to the body. This will be your initial position.
  2. Keeping the body straight, exhale to do the lifting dumbbells to the side. Elbows can be slightly bent. Position dumbbells slightly above shoulder line.
