Breeding hands with dumbbells in the push — technique exercises:
- Stand up straight holding dumbbells in the hands.
- Keeping your back straight bend down and touch the forehead on the bench, as shown in the figure. Hands should be relaxed and perpendicular to the floor. The palms are directed towards each other. The torso should be parallel to the floor. This will be your initial position.
- Slightly bend your elbows as you exhale and lift them to the side, trying to use the rear beam deltas.
- Hold hands in the maximum stress state in the upper part of the amplitude of motion and on the inhale return them to their original position.
- This exercise helps to work the rear beam deltas with a higher working weight, without strain the back muscles.
