Breasts are heavily poured: reasons

Breasts are heavily poured: reasons

Swelling of the mammary glands occurs quite often in women. There can be several explanations for this phenomenon – from pregnancy to cancer. Experts recommend that women whose breasts are filled regularly or remain so all the time, see a doctor. Especially if the increase in its size is accompanied by pain.

Breast enlargement is a phenomenon that women are usually not particularly worried about. Most often, they associate this with the days of the menstrual cycle (ovulation has passed – the breast has increased, the phase has changed – fell out). However, it is necessary to observe very carefully how exactly this breast augmentation occurs. If not too much, there is nothing to worry about. But if the dimensions have changed decently – by 2 or even 3 cm, this is a reason to visit a specialist.

Reasons why breasts may enlarge

There are many reasons why the breasts can fill up quite strongly. For example:

  • hormonal disruptions in the body;

  • adding extra pounds;

  • pregnancy;

  • dangerous carcinogens;

  • sport;

  • oncology.

Some of the reasons are quite simple and commonplace, and also do not carry any particular harm to health (such as breast augmentation due to working out its muscles). However, in other situations, such completeness can serve as a signal of a rather serious illness.

It is quite possible to try to distinguish one reason from another on your own. So, for example, to hormonal breast enlargement usually refers to regular cycle fluctuations. Breast enlargement during ovulation depends on them. It should be remembered that at this moment the breast does not increase much – by half a size or by one. Mild soreness or tension in this case may well be noted. But at the same time, the breast should be uniform, without any signs of compaction. When your period is over, the swelling of the mammary glands will pass and they will return to their usual size.

If you cannot associate an increase in breast size with ovulation, try an ovulation test. But then see the doctor anyway.

Very often, women diagnose on their plump breasts pregnancy… This can be suspected only if there are prerequisites – unprotected sexual intercourse (and possibly more than one), absence of menstruation, frequent urge to go to the toilet, constant and painful feeling of hunger, etc. Hormones are also the cause of breast swelling during pregnancy. … After all, the body of a pregnant woman is rebuilt for gestation, childbirth and lactation. In this case, you need to do a pregnancy test and see a doctor.

Completeness and the addition of extra pounds can also make breasts look plump. This is due to the fact that it mostly consists of adipose tissue, which is noticeably replenished with changes in weight. Again, the chest in this case should be filled evenly. After losing weight (if this happens), the breasts will also fall off.

If a woman has developed oncology, an increase in breast size will be accompanied by a number of characteristic symptoms. So, for example, the breast will be swollen, and lumps in the form of nodules may be felt in it. The shape and shape of the breast also changes. In addition, peeling of the skin may appear, its retraction, the presence of red dimples. Of course, in this case, chest pains will begin.

If you find at least one of these symptoms in yourself, urgently contact a mammologist. Remember, breast cancer is easier to treat in its early stages.

Do not panic. Having these symptoms doesn’t mean you have cancer. But you need to contact a specialist urgently.

What to do with swollen breasts

If the problem of breast augmentation overtakes you regularly, depending on the cycle, there is nothing you can do about it. You just need to prepare and purchase underwear designed for the increased size of the mammary glands. And this must be done without fail, since squeezing the chest does not lead to anything good.

If you suspect that you may be pregnant, do not knead your breasts, trying to probe for certain defects. It is better to immediately consult a gynecologist or do an ultrasound to understand exactly whether you are in a position or not.

It is worth carrying out regularly breast examination… To do this, just raise your hand up and put it behind your head, and the other gently probe the gland for any nodules, etc. If you find something that confuses you, make an appointment with a doctor to rule out oncology.

Medicines for such a symptom are not prescribed. The only thing is, they can begin to treat the cause. But for the most part, the reasons for health are not dangerous, so a woman will be advised to learn not to pay attention to regular increases.

What you should definitely not do is use traditional medicine to relieve breast swelling. Various compresses are very popular – both vodka and alcohol, and with vinegar. However, doctors advise not to waste time on self-medication, which, moreover, may in itself turn out to be dangerous for women’s health. Also, the recommendation to warm up the breasts is prohibited. It is not known what processes are going on inside the body. It is possible that an infection is dormant in the tissues, which, under the influence of an elevated temperature, will begin to develop at a high rate.

It is also not recommended to do breast massage – compressions and other massage movements can significantly worsen the situation: cause inflammation and bruising.

official bra-fitter Incanto in Russia

 – Bra with silicone back and straps is a salvation for those who boast an impressive bust. However, silicone elements are visible on the skin, so it is better to wear them under dresses with translucent or lace inserts. By the way, if the bra has a beautiful back, it is not necessary to hide it. Focus on it, and the outfit will sparkle with new colors. Silicone straps can be replaced with lace, decorated with voluminous flowers or embroidery.
