Breast cancer symptoms

At the pre-medical stage, the woman herself can and should pay attention to such important factors as:

1. The symmetry of the location and shape of the mammary glands;

2. Change in the size or shape of the breast;

3. If you find hyperemia – that is, redness or swelling and enlargement of the mammary gland – urgently do a mammogram!

4. Pathological discharge from the nipple – discharge can be yellowish, brown, bloody and transparent;

5. Nipple retraction;

6. The condition of the skin, wrinkles of the skin, possibly slight erosion, the formation of scales and crusts on the nipple, unevenness or appearance of dimples on the skin, which create the appearance of an “orange peel”, thickening of the areola skin;

7. Also, an ulcer may form over the tumor, that is, a bleeding wound;

8. Reduction of the mammary gland, its wrinkling and pulling up.

Symptoms are often mastitis-like (induration, redness, breast pain);

9. Of course, the presence of lumps in the breast is one of the most important signs of formation in the mammary gland;

10. Swelling and tenderness of the axillary lymph nodes.

All these symptoms should alert a woman and serve as a reason for an immediate visit to a specialist doctor.
