Breakfast Portion Sizes Affect Your Body Shape

An experiment conducted by scientists with the participation of 33 men and women showed that you can effortlessly lose weight if you reduce the portion of food allotted for breakfast by a third.

In the study that established this fact, participants were fed scrambled eggs, oatmeal, toast with butter, milk and juice squeezed from an orange in the morning. One, the control group, had breakfast cut from 20 to 40%. Other respondents ate everything.

In the end, it turned out that the size of the portion received for breakfast did not affect the participants’ appetite during the day. And they did not require more food intake. And if this is so, then, the doctors say, it is possible, without any harm to health, to reduce the amount of foods eaten for breakfast. And effectively lose weight. Indeed, in this case, the “damage” in the form of calories, which the body will not receive, will amount to 269 units!

The healthiest breakfast, nutritionists remind, rich in protein. Therefore, in the morning, you can include lean beef, eggs and yogurt in your diet. Such a set of products will allow you to avoid unnecessary snacks and maintain optimal weight for a long time.
