Cerebralosis is a disorder in which the gonadal or genetic sex is incompatible with the appearance of the external reproductive organs. Cerculosis is a disease diagnosed in infants and newborns due to the abnormal external appearance of the genital organs, which can be detected even during fetal life.

Bitteness is defined as a disease originating in a mismatch between the genetic or gonadal sex and the external appearance of the genital organs. It is most often found in adolescence or in the neonatal period. People with this disorder often suffer from mental illnesses such as depression or personality disorders. The treatment of zwitterion is an extremely complicated process, and in some cases even impossible to implement.

Both – what it is

Since 2006, hermaphrodite has been referred to as a sexual development disorder. There may also be cases of gender reversal. Sex inversion occurs when the genetic sex does not go hand in hand with the normal appearance of the reproductive organs. Two-and-one is also called intersexism or hermaphroditism. According to specialists, hermaphroditism is genetic, but it can also be caused by hormonal disorders. Two-and-one is often confused with a mental disorder such as transvestism or transsexuality. A person suffering from this disorder most often feels belonging to the same gender despite physical changes. Bitterism occurs in 1 in 500 births or in 1 in 1500 births. We can classify it into several types: male pseudonym and pseudo and female androgynous hermitism. In the case of mixing these forms, we are dealing with an atypical form of androgynous. True androgynous is the rarest form of androgynous. A characteristic feature of this type of zwitterion is the presence of both testicular and ovarian tissues. This makes it difficult to recognize the sex of the newborn baby.

Pseudo-androgynousism is characterized by the fact that the genitals do not match what is in the reproductive system, for example, in pseudo-hermaphroditicism, the genitals are male, but the system includes the ovaries. Both ibitalism can only be diagnosed with a thorough physical examination, imaging tests such as ultrasound, genetic testing, and a hormone test. Diagnosing and treating hermaphroditism can be extremely difficult. It consists in eliminating the cause that leads to the excessive production of androgens. Plastic surgeries in several stages are also necessary to restore the original appearance of the genitals. These operations are most often performed in infancy so that they achieve adequate effectiveness.

Androgynism – types of sex

  1. Psychological gender – It is a gender closely related to the personal identification of a given person and their sense of relationship with a given gender, despite physical differences.
  2. Genetic sex – the chromosomes contained in cells are a factor determining the genetic sex. Two X chromosomes are female and two different XY chromosomes are male.
  3. Gonadal sex – the factor determining gonadal sex is the presence of so-called gonads, i.e. the testes in the male sex and the ovaries in the female sex.
