Ingredients
Absinthe – 30 ml
Lemon juice (fresh) – 30 ml
Coconut syrup – 30 ml
Tears – 8 ml
Blue Curacao – 20 ml
I write bitter – 2-3 drops
How to make a cocktail
Add absinthe, lemon juice, coconut syrup and Suze to the hurricane.
Fill a glass halfway with crushed ice and gently stir with a bar spoon.
Pour blue curacao on top.
Add more crushed ice to form an ice cap.
Drizzle Pisho with bitters on top.
Garnish with a mint bouquet or three pineapple leaves.
