  1. Exhale all the air from your lungs through your mouth.

  2. Inhale quickly through your nose.

  3. From the diaphragm (from the abdomen), forcefully exhale the air through the mouth.

  4. Hold your breath, pull in your stomach and take the pose indicated in the exercise for 8 counts (about 20-30 seconds), beginners can do 5 counts.

  5. Then inhale through your nose, exhale through your mouth.

You should feel a stretch in the muscles from your chin to your sternum. To maintain balance, fold your arms back.

Exercise “Hamster”

Initial position: Same. Perform breathing exercises, then take the main pose.
