It is best to combine all the elements from the above. Introduce a special diet into your everyday life, and at the beginning even a few days or just one day of fasting. Add to this a series of light but long-lasting exercises that will help you get rid of harmful metabolic products faster.

It is also worth taking care of your psyche, starting with what is most natural for us. Calm down, de-stress, start practicing yoga or start meditating. Proper breathing exercises can also be helpful.

The principles of body detox

Also start exercising, both body and mind.

Give up categorically from white bread, red meat, fatty and fried meals. Also, don’t eat white flour products. Avoid coffee and alcohol. All this will allow the body to detoxify and “switch” it to a healthy lifestyle.

The biggest sins of fast detox:

  • Fasting cannot last too long. In this way, we will only harm ourselves and our body. Fasting should last no more than two days, and ideally it should be only one day.
  • Immediately after the detox, you must not return to your old eating habits. Eat in moderation and continue to eat healthily. Avoid fatty, hard to digest food.
  • It is also worth exercising longer, at least twice a week. Stopping exercise altogether overnight can also have negative effects, including feeling unwell and feeling down.
