In The Book of the Body, Cameron Diaz shares his recipe for health, happiness and beauty, relying on scientific research, expert opinions and his own personal example.

Like many women, Cameron did not immediately understand the connection between well-being, beautiful appearance and lifestyle: nutrition, fitness, sleep, and caring for her body.

I am ready to subscribe to every chapter of this book. Cameron’s thoughts are reasonable and not at all extreme, she does not call for quitting everything and eating only green smoothies, she very convincingly explains how and why you need to go in for sports, why drink a lot of water and get enough sleep.

 

In my opinion, she looks pretty good for her age and very busy lifestyle, so her advice sounds doubly convincing.

It makes sense for every woman to read this book, but in my opinion, it is a must-read for girls in adolescence who inadequately assess their appearance and begin to torture themselves with diets to the detriment of their health.
