How to make sourdough blueberry wine

- desired berries – 2,5 kg;
- raspberry or chokeberry – 0,5 kg;
- sugar -1,5 kg;
- water – 1,5 l;

- Prepare the starter: in a separate container – chokeberry, 600 g of a sweet substance and 250 ml of water, mix, close with cotton wool. Put in a dark cool place (up to 21 degrees) for 1 week.

Blueberry wine recipe with vodka
There are many variations of cooking – here is the classic method. The wine will be strong and bitter.
Ingredients:
- desired berries – 0,6 kg;
- water – 0,1 l;
- vodka – 0,5 l;
- sugar – 0,1 kg;
- glasses, bottles and saucepan.
Cooking technique:
- Prepare blueberries: sort, rinse, dry.
- Pour the berries into a 1,5 liter bottle.
- Add sweets, water, alcohol. Mix.

- Drain, separating the precipitated substance. Pour the pure liquid into an additional bottle, put in a cold place (up to 21 degrees), infuse for another 90 – 180 days.

Blueberry wine with raisins
The strength of this wine will be 20-25 degrees.
Ingredients:
- berries (blueberries) – 4 kg;
- raisins – 0,1 kg;
- sugar – 1 kg;
- water – 2 l;

- Prepare the fruits: sort, rinse, dry.
- Get juice: squeeze into a separate container through cheesecloth. Add raisins there, close a third of the sugar with gauze, put in a dark place for 3-4 days.

- After a week, drain, separating the sediment. Leave the liquid for 1,5 months until complete fermentation.

At the end of the process, pour the clean liquid into other containers, tightly close the lids.

The shelf life of this blueberry wine depends on several factors:
