Ingredients Blueberry cream

bilberry 500.0 (gram)
sugar 100.0 (gram)
lemon 0.5 (piece)
lemon zest 1.0 (table spoon)
chicken egg 3.0 (piece)
edible gelatin 20.0 (gram)
Method of preparation

Add a little water, sugar, lemon zest to the prepared blueberries and bring to a boil. Then cool, add lemon juice, yolks and dissolved gelatin. Gelatin is pre-soaked in cold boiled water (0.75 cups). After 1-1.5 hours, the swollen gelatin is dissolved by heating. Prepared cream is poured into vases. When the cream hardens, it is decorated with whites, whipped with powdered sugar.
