Blue champagne was created in Spain quite recently. It is based on the Muscat grape variety, which is one of the sweetest.
Two organic pigments are added to the drink: indigo and anthocyanins, which are found in grape skins. Producers say that when developing wine, they collaborated with researchers from the University of the Basque Country and their product fully complies with European food standards.
The blue color does not affect the taste characteristics of the drink at all. But it is worth noting that sugar is not used in its production, which enhances the fermentation process. Artificial sweeteners are used.

If we evaluate this drink as a whole, then we can say that it does not differ much in composition from the usual classic champagne.
Some may like the taste, but for sophisticated connoisseurs, it is unlikely to offer new sensations. The chip is only in color.
