Blown by the Wind: How to Survive Bloom

Here are some things you can do to help relieve your discomfort:

· Throw out dried flowers from the house – pollen is retained on them;

· Do daily wet cleaning;

· Take antihistamines;

· Animals have begun to molt, comb them out, remove the wool in the house with a vacuum cleaner – it collects pollen;

· Wear dark glasses for itchy eyes. Rinse your eyelids with cold water. Itching is removed with ice lotions;

· Give up mascara and shadows for a while;

· When you come home from the street, take a shower and wash your hair, send your clothes to the wash.

Experts are sure that birch will be the most dusty this season – it will bloom in late spring.
