Blackheads on the face: how to remove safely? Video

Blackheads on the face look rather untidy and make even healthy skin look sickly and untidy. There is no ideal remedy to get rid of this scourge instantly and forever, but comedones can still be overcome.

Where do blackheads come from?

Before embarking on the fight against black dots, you should clarify what they are and how they arise. The skin on the face is provided with pores through which subcutaneous fat is removed to the outside. Well, or at least it should be displayed. Because sometimes the pores are clogged with dead epidermal scales, a greasy plug is formed, the visible part of which turns black under the influence of the oxygen contained in the air. Dust, dirt, inappropriate cosmetics contribute to even more clogging of pores, leading to the formation of additional comedones, which are not so easy to get rid of, but in principle possible.

Most often, black dots are formed on the so-called T zone – on the forehead, wings of the nose and chin

The most effective way to get rid of black, white dots on the face is to go to a beautician, but not everyone has the opportunity to see a specialist.

In this case, you can try to remove comedones from the face on your own – using home remedies or cosmetics intended for these purposes:

  • lotions
  • ointments
  • masks
  • strip strips
  • and so on

Before proceeding with the removal of comedones in any of the ways, it is necessary to thoroughly clean the face and enlarge the pores.

The easiest way to do this is with a steam bath or a hot compress made from chamomile infusion. On a prepared face, soaked with a dry towel, you can apply strip strips, which are a kind of plasters that are glued on the forehead, nose or chin for a few minutes. After removing the strips, comedones will be visible on the adhesive side.

With strip strips, it turns out to remove far from all black dots, but at best, 30-40 percent, and even then not the largest

Dense comedones can be removed using a special spoon, which is a ring made of non-oxidizing metal attached to a long handle. Such a ring is applied to the disinfected skin so that the black dot is in its center. As a result of light pressure, the comedone usually comes out, after which it remains only to brush it off with a sterile napkin. After all the blackheads are squeezed out, it is imperative to wipe your face with a disinfectant tonic, which will not only narrow open pores, but also prevent their possible entry of bacteria into the skin.

Of the home remedies for dealing with blackheads, a peeling mask, which can dissolve fat in the pores, has long proven itself, consisting of the following ingredients:

  • soap solution
  • baking soda
  • salt

After applying this mask on your face, you should wait 10-15 minutes, then rinse it off with water.

The treatment must be repeated several more times, but not more often than 1-2 times a week.

After a series of masks, the face is not only cleared of the already existing blackheads, but receives the necessary protection that prevents the formation of new comedones.
