List of ingredients:

  • 1 kg of currants;
  • 1 kg of blackberries;

  • big lemon.

Wash and dry berries and citrus fruits well. Pass currants and blackberries through a meat grinder, chop and lemon with zest. Combine the mass in a deep container, cover with sugar. Leave for 5 hours, stirring occasionally. Pour into clean jars and store in the refrigerator.

  1. Rinse apples, cut into 4 parts, peel, cut into thin slices.
  2. Place in a container, add water and cook for 10 minutes until the apples are soft.
  3. Squeeze lemon juice, pour over boiled apples.
  4. Place the blackberries, cook the mass for 10 minutes, stirring and removing the foam.
  5. Pour over the liqueur and sprinkle with cardamom, cook for 3-4 minutes, cool.
  6. Pour into clean containers and close with plastic lids.

With raspberries

Raspberries and blackberries are the perfect combination that benefits the body. This is especially true in winter and at the height of colds.

To prepare a fragrant treat, you will need 500 g of raspberries and blackberries, 900 g of sugar.

Cooking process:

  1. Sort, wash and dry the berries, remove the stalks.
  2. Pour the berries into different containers.
  3. Pour in the same amount of granulated sugar.
  4. Mix carefully, leave for 10 hours in a cool place.
  5. As the juice appears, pour it into the same container.
  6. After 10 hours, heat the juice, stir.
  7. Add raspberries and blackberries.
  8. Bring to a boil and leave to cook for 5-6 minutes, remove the foam that appears.
  9. Turn off the fire and cool the mass completely.
  10. Put the container back on the fire and boil for 5 minutes.
  11. Pack in sterilized jars.

with elderberry

Blackberry jam with elderberry is tasty and healthy. You need to stock up on 400 g of blackberries, 400 g of plums, 200 g of raspberries, 200 g of elderberry, 1,2 kg of granulated sugar, 5 cloves and 0,5 cups of lemon juice.

Cooking Instructions:

  1. Wash the elderberry, raspberries and blackberries and place in a saucepan.
  2. Remove pits from plums, chop, add to other components.
  3. Throw a clove, pour water so that it covers the fruit by a few centimeters.
  4. Boil over medium heat.
  5. Boil the mixture for 15 minutes.
  6. Soften the fruit with a fork, pour the resulting puree into cheesecloth, tie and place in a sieve.
  7. Put a metal saucepan down and leave overnight to extract the juice.
  8. Pour the resulting juice into a saucepan.
  9. Add granulated sugar to the juice and boil until it dissolves.
  10. Increase heat and cook for 15 minutes.
  11. Pour into jars and store in the refrigerator.
