Who shouldn’t wear a black thong?
Mrs. Physiotrainer writes “Black thongs are not for everyone” and explains that some women do not want to wear black thongs.
They include women with vulvodynia (a disorder characterized by pain or discomfort in the female intimate area; it is a burning or stinging sensation and is not related to any other disease), those with recurrent intimate infections, and women suffering from anal pruritus or haemorrhoidal disease.

Why are black thongs harmful?
The physiotherapist mentions the black dye as the first reason. This, as he points out, is a strong allergy. Be careful, because after washing and putting on such underwear, an allergic reaction may occur on the skin.

The second reason is stress. Ms Physiotrainer notes that the thong “sticks to the crotch and the buttock gap much harder than the full-cut panties”. As a result, they irritate the vulva and anus, which can be an additional problem with vulvodynia or other diseases.
The expert also points out that wearing thongs promotes the spread of bacteria. And she urges us to take care of hygiene and wash the anus after defecation.
Better to walk without panties?
Finally, the physiotherapist adds that walking without underwear is actually the healthiest way to go. And she emphasizes that underwear should be selected carefully. She also replied to a comment by one of the observers, who was surprised that walking without panties is healthy: «I do not necessarily encourage you to walk without panties, especially in winter! If you feel comfortable and nothing will rub your crotch, then the most important thing ».
