However, all this time, the Black Sea Fleet Day holiday was not fixed at the state level. Only in July 1996, Admiral Felix Gromov signed an order to introduce the celebration into the annual calendar.
Traditions
Sevastopol and Novorossiysk become the epicenters of the celebration of the Day of the Black Sea Fleet in Our Country. It is in these cities that the main naval forces are based. However, the celebration is not celebrated on a grand scale.
