  1. Black cherry berry – 1,5 l

  2. High-quality moonshine – 2 l

  3. Sugars – 400 g

  4. Sugar syrup – optional

  1. Initially, we need to dry the bird cherry. To do this: lay out a clean berry, separated from cuttings and all other debris, on a piece of cloth or newspapers, and dry it for about 4-6 days in a dry, warm place (for example, in the attic).

  2. As soon as the bird cherry begins to wrinkle and secrete sticky juice, we transfer it to a glass jar, add granulated sugar and fill it with moonshine without a strong odor.

  3. After thorough mixing, we send the container to a dark place for 14 days to infuse. To completely dissolve the sugar, the jar must be shaken every 2-3 days.

  4. When the tincture is saturated with a bright color and enriched with the aroma of wild berries, it must be filtered.

  5. Then we take a sample and, if necessary, add a little sugar syrup.

  6. We bottle the finished drink and keep it in the refrigerator for a couple of days, and only then proceed to the tasting.
