In 1969 the family moved to Taganrog. It was here that the boy showed interest in the theater. Parents even built a small theater for him, with all the requisites. In high school, Vlad began to regularly attend rehearsals of the People’s Theater.

Creative career

However, after graduating from school, the young man submitted documents to the Radio Engineering Institute. Here he met, and soon married his classmate Irina. In 1985, a son, Daniel, was born in the family. The son learned to be an architect, but is popular with young people as a musician. He already has his own family, where two daughters are growing up.

Vlad’s creative career also began in his student years. He took an active part in the performances of the drama theater. And in the mornings he worked as a janitor to support his family.

For the residents of Taganrog, Vetrov was already a popular actor. His performance on stage was harmoniously complemented by a memorable appearance: mustache, emotional face, height 187 cm and weight 94 kg. By 1988, the young actor had already played in fourteen performances.

Riga → Taganrog → Rostov-on-Don

For some time he lived in Riga and played in the performances of the Russian drama theater. Then he returned to Taganrog, but in 1993 he left for Rostov-on-Don. Here he directed two performances as a director: “The Ideal Couple” and “The Runaways”.

In the early nineties Vetrov studied at the seminars of M. Butkevich and took an active part in the international project “Ilyich’s Lamp”.

His personal life was changed by a meeting with actress Vera Mikhailovna Sotnikova. This romance caused a giant rift in his relationship with his wife. Feelings overwhelmed the actor. He could not cope with them, even understanding how Irina and her son are suffering from this situation.

Played with bright colors, the new love gave an ocean of captivating happiness. However, this soaring did not last long. Sobering up and repentance set in. Vera went to the popular musician Vladimir Kuzmin.

Vladislav tried to save the marriage and restore the old relationship with his wife, but all efforts were in vain. In 1997, the couple had a daughter, Nastya, but the spiritual gap between the spouses was too deep, and the couple divorced.

Vetrov’s career in cinema began to develop successfully back in 1992. Then he was invited to the international film project “Dym”, and he brilliantly played the role of Litvinov. The audience remembered for a long time the magnificent work of Vetrov in the film “Admiral”, where he played the role of Kolchak’s ally – the tsarist officer Sergei Timirev.

In 2002 the actor moved to Moscow, where Galina Volchek took the talented actor under her wing to the Sovremennik Theater.

After a divorce from his wife, Vetrov went into creativity. In 2007, a bright ray also appeared in her personal life – the actress of the capital’s Youth Theater Ekaterina Kirchak. This union became successful. In a friendly family, son Vsevolod and daughter Elizabeth are growing up.
