Big breasted models will be banned in England

The British Association of Aesthetic Plastic Surgeons (BAAPS) has announced the need to ban advertising that contains digitally processed photographs of models with oversized, “anatomically impossible” breasts.

She also proposes to ban technically unrealistic advertising promises, such as a “lunchtime facelift.” According to BAAPS experts, such advertising generates false expectations of the results of the operation.

Although BAAPS represents the point of view of about a third of UK plastic surgeons, the association’s capacity is lacking to oversee the multi-million dollar plastic surgery industry. Therefore, at the annual conference in Chester, it was decided to launch its own advertising campaign designed to oppose aggressively selling clinics and convince patients to check the qualifications of their plastic surgeon.
