- Cream: 50 ml;
- Chicken broth (you can dilute the chicken cube): 150 ml;
- Pepper mix: 1.5 tbsp. spoon (add pepper to taste, this ratio is for a spicier sauce)
Preparation
- Cut the pork chop into steaks two fingers thick (about 2 cm).
- Brush with oil and season with salt and pepper, leave to marinate for 20-30 minutes.
- At this time, we kindle the coals in the starter and make a 50 to 50 configuration (charcoal or briquettes are located on half of the grill).
- We bring the temperature in the grill to 120-130 degrees (we regulate the temperature with dampers).
